宽温域固体自润滑涂/覆层材料的研究进展

摘    要:随着国防、航空、热核等高新科技的迅速发展,对润滑材料的研发也提出了更高的要求:不仅要求材料在高温下具有优异的减摩耐磨性能,同时要求材料在室温到高温宽温域范围内均具有良好的摩擦磨损性能.因此研制从室温到高温宽温域内均具有良好摩擦学性能的涂/覆层材料意义重大.在综合国内外大量文献的基础上,对宽温域固体自润滑涂/覆层材料的结构设计和性能研究进行了综述,并提出了未来一段时间内宽温域固体自润滑涂/覆层材料的发展趋势.

Abstract:Lubricants which have a low friction coefficient and wear rate not only at high temperature but also from room temperature to high temperature are required by rapidly developing national defence,aircraft and thermonuclear industries. Therefore,it is of great significance to research and develop coatings/cladding with anti-friction and wear-resisting performance over a wide range of temperature. On the basis of consulting a large number of references,structure design and tribological performance of self-lubricating coatings/cladding were summarized,and the development tendency of self-lubricating coatings/cladding over a wide range of temperature was put forward.
