摘 要: | 本文考察了Ti_3SiC_2/PM304摩擦副从室温到630℃范围的摩擦磨损性能,并与Nj-Cr合金/PM304摩擦副的摩擦磨损性能进行了对比.结果表明:Ti_3SiC_2/PM304摩擦副具有比Ni-Cr合金/PM304摩擦副更好的摩擦磨损性能,特别是在400~630℃的温度范围内,Ti_3SiC_2/PM304摩擦副具有优异的摩擦磨损性能.从室温到300℃,Ti3_SiC_2/PM304摩擦副的磨损机制为Ti_3SiC_2晶粒拔出、脱落后与转移的PM304形成机械混合层,随着环境温度的升高机械混合作用加强.在400~630℃范围内,摩擦界面的机械混合作用受到显著抑制,在Ti3SiC_2磨损表面形成富集银的转移润滑膜,而转移润滑膜的连续性对摩擦副的摩擦磨损性能影响较大.

Tribological Properties of Ti_3SiC_2 /PM304 Tribo-pair at Elevated Temperature |

Abstract: | The tribologieal properties of Ti_3SiC_2 pin sliding against a self-lubricating composite PM304 disk at ambient temperature up to 630 ℃ were investigated. Comparison was made on the tribologieal properties of Ti_3SiC_2/PM304 and Ni-Cr alloy/PM304 tribo-pairs. The findings indicated that Ti_3SiC_2/PM304 tribo-pair exhibited better tribologieal property than that of Ni-Cr alloy/PM304 tribo-pair at elevated temperatures. Ti_3SiC_2/PM304 tribo-pairs showed excellent tribologieal properties from 400 ℃ to 630 ℃. Mechanical mixed layers on the worn surfaces of both PM304 and Ti_3SiC_2 were found at room temperature to 300 ℃ asa result of pullout of Ti_3SiC_2 grains and transference of PM304. At 400 ℃ to 630 ℃, mechanical mixing was greatly inhibited. Lubricious transfer layer, which was Ag-rich, was corresponding to the good tribologieal behavior of the Ti_3SiC_2/PM304 tribo-pair. And the integrity of the lubricious transfer layer has pronounced influence on the friction and wear of Ti_3SiC_2/PM304 tribo-pair. |
