摘    要:采用Galerkin有限元法求解油膜压力的雷诺方程和扰动压力的摄动方程,并分析了螺旋槽径向液体润滑轴承的动态性能。采用逐步修正的迭代法实现正压力区和油膜破裂区交界处的雷诺边界条件。在不同参数下比较了螺旋槽轴承油膜不产生涡动的转轴临界质量Mc,并进行了参数的比较计算,发现合理地选择参数可以得到良好的油膜稳定性,甚至可达到绝对稳定。

Abstract:Galerkin finite element method was used to evaluate the oil film stability of a spirally grooved liquid lubricated journal bearing.The correction interation method was used to determine the intersection of positive pressure region and cavitation region, on which the Reynolds pressure conditions were exactly satisfied.The comparative calculations of design parameters (spiral angle, groove depth, and groove width) were carried out to seek a parameter range corresponding to high oil film stability of the grooved journal bearing.
