镍基碳化钨自熔合金喷焊层与硼化物层磨损特性的对比研究

摘    要:采用MM-200型磨损试验机对火焰喷焊质量分数为35%的WC自熔合金喷焊层和由Fe2B所组成的硼化物层在油润滑和干摩擦条件下的磨粒磨损,粘着磨损特性进行了对比试验研究。结果表明,镍基WC合金喷层具有硬质弥散相可均匀分布于高强韧性镍基固溶体的组织结构中,因而比硼化物层有较高的抗磨粒磨损和抗粘着磨损性能。

Abstract:The abrasion and adhesion behaviours of Ni based spray welded coating containing 35% WC have been studied and compared with that of boride layer containing Fe 2B phase using an MM 200 wear tester. The results show that the abrasion and adhesion resistance of Ni based spray welded coating is better than that of boride layer.
