摘    要:稀土元素能够有效地改善镍基喷焊合金层的组织,提高其耐磨性和承载能力.为了弄清稀土元素在镍基喷焊合金层中的作用机理,利用X射线光电子能谱仪、俄歇电子能谱仪和二次离子质谱仪等现代分析设备,就稀土元素对镍基喷焊合金层摩擦表面形成氧化物膜的影响进行了试验研究与分析.结果表明,添加稀土元素能够明显增大喷焊合金层摩擦表面氧化物膜的厚度,并在氧化物膜与基体之间产生富集,这对提高喷焊合金层与基体的结合强度,改善喷焊合金层的耐磨性和承载能力都有重要作用

Abstract:Rate earth elements can improve the structure of Ni-base alloy spray-welding coating and increase its wear-resistance and load bearing capacity.In order to clarify the mechanism of rare earth elements on the coating,investigated the effect of rare earth elements on oxide films formed on the friction surface of this alloying coating was investigated using XPS,AES and SIMS.The results showed that rare earth elements can obviously increase the thickness of oxide film formed on the friction surface of coating and can be enriched between oxide film and substrate,that play an important role for strengthenning the bonding strength of coating with substrate and for increasing the wear-resistance and load bearing capacity of spray-welding coating.
