摘    要:介绍了一种新型在线铁谱仪的原理、性能和试验结果 ,该仪器通过 DSP计算遮光面积百分比、磨损指数以及分类特征大磨粒 ,能够判断被监测机器的磨损状态并预报异常磨损 .试验结果表明 ,所研制的仪器能较好地满足在线磨损检测的要求

An On line Ferrograph Based on CMOS Image Sensor
Abstract:The principle and performance of a newly developed on line ferrograph instrument is introduced. The instrument can automatically compute the composite ferrograph density and severity of wear index, and identify large diagnostic wear particles in lubricating oil, which can be used to judge the wear status and degree of a monitored machines with an oil cycling system. Alarms are also available given the machine operates under abnormal conditions. The comparative test results of the newly developed device and the conventional one indicate that the former can better meet the needs of on line wear monitoring of machines.
