摘    要:采用有限单元法建立了机械密封O形辅助密封圈的数值分析模型.利用非线性有限元软件MSC.MARC计算了VonMises应力和接触密封界面之间的接触应力.采用高频疲劳试验机和高压水润滑O形密封圈试验单元组成的试验装置测得了摩擦力,并结合数值计算结果求得了摩擦系数.分析了O形辅助密封圈的压缩量及滑移速度对摩擦力的影响,讨论了O形辅助密封圈对机械密封的密封能力、泄漏特性的影响.结果表明:O形密封圈用于机械密封中的补偿机构会有微量泄漏;水润滑状态下接触密封界面能形成润滑水膜,摩擦力较小,有利于密封稳定运转.

Abstract:The numerical model of O-ring used in compensatory configuration of mechanical seal was established by finite element method. Von Mises stress and Contact stress of O-ring were obtained using a nonlinear finite element software-MSC.MARC. Experimental results of frictional force were gained on a high frequency fatigue machine and a water lubricated O-ring tester. The effects of amount of compression and operation parameters on contact stress and frictional force were analyzed. The effects of the O-ring used in compensatory configuration of mechanical seal on sealing performance, such as sealing capability, characteristic of leakage, were discussed. The results indicated that the use of O-ring in compensatory configuration of mechanical seal can lead to micro leakage, and water film can be developed between contacting surfaces under water lubrication, which led to reduction of frictional force and stability of performance.
