铜包石墨填充PTFE基复合材料 摩擦学特性的研究

摘    要:研究了铜包石墨和铜/石墨混合填充PTFE基复合材料的微观结构、力学性能及摩擦学特性.结果表明,铜包石墨填充PTFE复合材料的抗压缩性能、抗拉伸性能以及耐磨性能均优于铜/石墨混合填充PTFE复合材料,其原因在于铜包石墨既增强了填料与PTFE的界面结合强度,又保证了PTFE连续相的完整性.此外,石墨表面铜包敷层的结构疏松、晶粒细小,有利于提高转移膜的结合强度并减轻摩擦过程中对偶材料的损伤

Abstract:The microstructures, mechanical properties, and tribological behaviors of copper coated graphite (CCG) and copper graphite mixer (CGM) filled PTFE based composites were studied. The test results show that the anti compression, anti elongation, and anti wear behaviours of CCG filled PTFE composites were better than that of CGM filled composites with the same filler content. This is because the surfacial treatment of copper coating graphite could not only improve the bonding of filler and PTFE but also keep the continuity of the polymer matrix in the composites. Due to the porous structure and tiny crystal particle of the coated copper, the CCG filled PTFE composites possessed better transfer properties and had no harmful action to the counterpart surface.
