| 摘 要： | 论述了热电致冷器中的热效应，分析了由热效应引起的热流分配，推导了描写热流分配的方程组，建立了管芯与环境温差的数学模型。通过对实际模型的测试并对数据的进行拟合，确定了模型中的待定系数。该模型的建立对温控电路的设计具有重要的指导意义。

| Abstract: | The main heat effect of the TEC module is described, the heat flow caused by the effect is analyzed and the heat flow equations set is established which is simplified into the mathematics model of the temperature difference between the environment and the SLD core. The model is determined by polyfit of the test data, which is instructive to the design of temperature control circuit. |
