| 摘 要： | 本探讨了一种用于静电陀螺的小角度光电信号读出的全数字方案，通过对比、分析和讨论，说明数字化静电陀螺小角度读出方案的优越性，并提出了针对静电陀螺光电读出系统随机误差的修正算法。

| Abstract: | An all-digital readout for small-angle of ESG is discussed in this paper. By comparing with the other readout scheme, the superiority of this scheme is demonstrated. The compensation for the random error of this all-digital readout is presented. |
