摘    要:全温标度因数变化大小直接影响光纤陀螺的应用效果。随着中高精度光纤陀螺在复杂工况下的广泛应用,对陀螺标度因数变化的要求也在不断提高。光纤长度和光纤环平均直径在全温范围内的变化量是全温标度因数变化最大的影响因素。本文介绍了控制该变化量的常规方式,并提出通过不同排纤方式和不同光纤环窗口比的方法来进一步减小这种变化量的方法。通过仿真和试验证实:某型中等精度光纤环在不同制作工艺条件下全温标度因数变化量有将近300×10~(-6)的差值。

Abstract:The variation of scale factor in the whole operating temperature range affects the application of FOG directly.With high-precision FOG widely used in more and more complex conditions,the requirements of the change of scale factor are also more and more rigid.The variations of optical fiber length and fiber optic coil average diameter in the whole operating temperature range are two of the largest factors which affect the change of scale factor.Not only the conventional manner is mentioned but also a new method is proposed in this paper,which is to further reduce the variations of optical fiber length and fiber optic coil average diameter by using different arrangements of optic fibers and different ratios of coil window.The simulation and experiment results verify that,in the whole temperature range,the scale factor of a certain type medium-precision FOG changes nearly 300× 10-6 in different technological conditions.
