挠性接头细颈的电感测量法

摘    要:针对挠性接头细颈壁厚测量时所遇到的壁薄易变形,测量空间狭小等问题,在介绍了目前几种测量接头壁厚方法及其优缺点后,重点阐述了双测头电感测量法的工作原理,测量设备的结构装置,对于测量结果采用和差演算法来有效消除测杆变形这项主要误差来源。在分析整套设备的各个误差分量后得出:该装置测量精度达到了1um,该设备具有结构简单,易于实现,测量速度快的优点。另外还可以通过更换相对应的测量夹具分别测量内外接头细颈的壁厚及其锥度。

Abstract:In view that some problems existed in measudng the wall thickness of the flexible joint thin neck,such as the wall is too thin and easy deformation,the measuring space is too narrow,the paper present a measuring method using double-probe inductance.First,it briefly introduces the present methods,including their advantages and disadvantages.Then it describes the measuring principle and instrument structure.The sum/difference Calculus Method Was applied in processing the measuring results which effectively removed the main error source,i.e.the deformation of measuring rod.By error analysis on the various components of the whole device,it is concluded that the accuracy of the measurement device reaches 1 μm.The measurement device is simple in structure and easy to implement and quick to measure.Additionally,the thickness of internal or external joint's wall and its taper can be respectively measured by replacing the corresponding measuring fixture.
