| 摘 要： | 本文综述了国外微机械惯性仪表的进展；分别介绍了微硅型加速度计、微硅型陀螺仪、多功能加速度计陀螺以及微惯性测量单元的原理、结构、电路组成及性能指标；初步探讨了这类仪表的应用前景和技术发展的途径。

| Abstract: | This paper is a summary of advance of micromechanical inertial instruments abroad. The principes, strucres, electronical assemblies and performance indexes of micromachined sillicon accelerometer, micromachined sillicon gyroscope and micro inertial measurement unit are introduced respectively. The prospects of application and technical ways of development are investigated preliminary. |
