摘    要:本文针对某型车载惯性定位定向系统,建立产品的可靠性数学模型,进行可靠性分配和可靠性预计,介绍保证产品可靠性采取的技术措施,以及可靠性验证的试验方案和试验结果。

Abstract:This paper presents the reliability mathematical model of a VPADS(Vehicle Position and Azimuth Determining System), introduces the system's reliability design,assignment as well as estimation,and gives the technical measures to guarantee the product reliability.The scheme and result of the reliability verification test are also presented in the paper.
