摘    要:扁担是常见的运输工具. 人双脚交替向前, 肩部高低变化可以激励扁担作为悬臂梁牵引荷物 上下振动; 而行走速度的脉动可以引起悬挂于扁担两端的荷物前后摆动, 绳索对扁担的水平作 用力和竖直作用力均周期变化, 后者可引起扁担振动而得到放大. 合适的扁担可以使挑担者 在肩部承载较小时迈步向前.

Abstract:Shoulder-pole as a tool for carrying objects is widely used in China. As an elastic cantilever, it may make the load vibrate vertically for the shoulder up and down in the gait cycle. On the other hand, the carrier’s velocity changes periodically for he goes by feet alternately, which causes swing of the objects hanging with rope on the pole ends. Therefore the force acted on the shoulder-pole by the rope changes periodically, of which the vertical component may be amplified by the vibrating of shoulder-pole. A good shoulder-pole means that the carrier can take the step forward when the force on his shoulder is lower.
