火炮试验架动态特性试验模态及数值分析

摘    要:火炮后坐力试验台架的动态特性,直接影响火炮发射试验时的测试准确度,并会对火炮性能的准确评价产生影响.通过结构有限元计算模型和试验模态分析的结合,在结构有限元计算模型的基础上,寻找最佳结构响应点和激励点,优化试验模态分析模型,得出了火炮后坐力试验台架的固有频率和振型.分析结果表明,有限元分析可以极大地提高试验模态分析的效率,从而快速准确地获得结构的动态特性.

Abstract:The dynamic behaviors of the artillery recoiling parts have an important effect on the measurement accuracy of the artillery launch test and the evaluation of the artillery performance. In this paper, we determine the optimum response points and driving points of the structure on the basis of the FEA model, then obtain the natural frequencies and modes of the structure with the optimized model of the experimental modal analysis. The test results show that the FEA analysis can improve the efficiency of the experimental modal analysis and the dynamic performance of the structure could be obtained with good accuracy.
