高温光栅应变法的研究

摘    要:光栅应变法以高频反射式正交衍射光栅为传感器,通过考查光栅衍射图案的变化来确定试件被测点的全部面内应变分量的刚体转角。这种方法具有无机械接触、不需暗室、防震要求低、灵敏度可调以及易于实现数据采集与处理过程自动化等优点。文中对光栅应变法进行了新的分析,推导出物理意义明确、精度更高的计算公式,并首次将光栅应变法成功地应用于高温下的应变测量。

Abstract:To use the grating strain method in which the high frequency diffraction cross grating is used as the strain sensor can determine all the three components of in-plane strains as well asrigid body rotations'at a measured point by observing the changes in the diffraction pettern from thegrating on the surface of the specimen. The method has the following ndvantuges: non-mechanitalcontuct, no darkroom and little shock-proof is required, easy to realise the automatio of datu acquisition and processing. In this paper, Sives a new and better formula for the method and themethod is applied in strain measurement at high temperatures for the first time.
