摘    要:在建立了悬臂梁上粘贴压电陶瓷片实现振动控制的动力学方程的基础上,研究了一种逆优化设计作动器/传感器的数目和位置的方法;用压电陶瓷作为自传感器作动器,以悬臂梁的振动控制为研究对象,要求振动控制系统具有一定的模态阻尼比,并以作动器控制力最小为目标函数,优化设计作动器/传感器的数目和位置。最后通过数值算例证明了该方法的有效性。

Abstract:Based on the dynamic model describing the dynamic behaviour of beam with partly-covered piezo-electric ceramics layer, an inverse optimal design method for actuators placement and numbers is presented. The resulting dynamic equation of beam shows that the power dissipated through the piezo-electric ceramics layer is the function of the electric field, the axial velocity and the slope velocity of piezo-electric ceramics layer at the boundaries. For the distributed-parameter system, a self-sensing and actuating piezo-electric ceramics layer may be an appropriate design in dissipating vibration energy without causing instability. Under the required condition, such as definite modal damping ratio and the limit voltage value of piezo-electric ceramics, the inverse design method calculating the optimal sensor/actuator placement and number, is then put forward via the minimization of control force energy of the actuators. Numerical examples show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
