| Abstract: | Abstract The phase diagrams of Ca3B2N4 and of the system BN-Ca3B2N4 has been studied by high pressure differential thermal analysis Ca3B2N4 has 3 structural phases and melts at higher temperature. The system BN-Ca3B2N4 formes an eutectic melt and cBN is synthesized by nucleation and crystal growth. |
