一维光子晶体的缺陷与F-P腔

摘    要:利用特征矩阵理论,建立关于缺陷对称的一维光子晶体的缺陷模型.使用计算机对3种情况进行了仿真.经过仿真的透射光谱与F-P腔的透射光谱比对分析后,得到了结论,即仅在特定条件下,模型的缺陷光学长度与F-P腔的光学长度相等.

Abstract:The model of the defect of 1-D photonic crystal,which is defect in symmetry,is set up based on the solution of eigen matrix.Three instances are simulated by computer.Comparing the transmission spectrum of simulation with one of FP cavity, it is concluded that the optical path of the defect is equivalent to one of F-P cavity only in specific condition,they are not equivalent in common conditon.
