摘    要:介绍了等离子体电波传播折影响,阐述了电磁波在等离子体中的截止现象,这就是电离层作为地面上短波无线电通信的反射层的原理,同时指出了截止频率与短波最大通信频率的差别及其相互间的关系。

Abstract:The influence of plasma upon the propagation of electric wave is introduced. The cut off phenomenon of electromagnetic wave travelling in plasma is presented. This is the principle of ionosphere acted as reflector for short wave communication. Meanwhile the difference and relationship between cut off frequency and the maximum frequency of communication is pointed out.
