| Abstract: | In this paper,the author analyzes existing problems of normal university students in the aspects of lesson planning,class teaching skills,experiments,application of IT by investigating frontline teachers of parts of senior middle school in Shanghai and observing the practices.Finally,the paper gives some advices and strategies to improve the teaching basic skills. |
