| Abstract: | Abstract An overview of results on microscopic properties, implantation features and dynamics of Fe ions implanted into Si, Ge and ZnS as investigated with in beam Mößbauer spectroscopy(IBMS) is given. Potential and limitations of the method are discussed. |
