| 摘 要： | Using a special solution of the Euler equation, the relation between the position of the typhoon centre and the induced flow （background wind） is found. The relation can be used to predict the typhoon track. The prediction of the track for No 1 tropical cyclone, CHANCHU, is concretely provided.
