| Abstract: | Properties of an interface, created at some experimental conditions in the course of the equilibrium crystallization process, are theoretically investigated. Influence of quantum and thermal fluctuations on smoothing-roughening phase transitions is considered. The phase diagram illustrating these properties is found. |
