| Abstract: | Solutions are developed for Berman and Som's formulation of Bertolami's equations for a Brans-Dicke cosmology with time-dependent cosmological term. Physical constraints are applied to these solutions to deduce conditions necessary for constructing plausible cosmological models in this theory. |
