摘    要:理论方面分析了端面抽运的1.34mm Nd:YVO4平凹腔型激光器的各项参数;文中的分析可为同类激光器的设计提供参考。实验方面实现了LD端面抽运的1.34mm Nd:YVO4平凹腔型激光器的运转;在输入泵浦功率为9.0W时,获得了1.34mm 激光输出功率3.51W,光-光转换效率为39.0%。

Abstract:The parameters of 1.34$\mu $m Nd:YVO$_{4}$ laser end-pumped with flat-concave cavity are theoretically analysed. The analysis in this paper may be helpful to the designing of kindred lasers. The operation of 1.34$\mu $m Nd:YVO$_{4}$ laser end-pumped by a diode-laser with flat-concave cavity is achieved. The output power of 3.51W at 1.34$\mu$m and optical to optical conversion efficiency of 39.0{\%} are obtained at the pump power of 9.0W.
