| 摘 要： | 选取一株由离子束辐照诱变获得的呼吸缺陷型酵母菌株，研究其在不同离子辐照剂量范围的辐射敏感性。结果发现，呼吸缺陷型酵母菌株因其线粒体及线粒体DNA发生突变，在离子束辐照时，在低剂量区域表现出较高辐射敏感性，在高剂量区则表现出对于辐射的抗性。

| Abstract: | The radiosensitivity of respiratory deficiency yeast mutants has been studied in this work.The mutants which were screened from the yeasts after ionizing irradiation were irradiated with ~(12)C~(6 ) at different doses.Because of the great change in its mitochondria and mitochondrial DNA,the respiratory deficiency yeast mutants show radiosensitivity at dose less than 1 Gy and radioresistance at doses higher than 1 Gy. |
