通讯波段单光子探测器的研制

摘    要:将InGaAs/InP雪崩光电二极管应用于盖革模式下,采用门脉冲模式淬灭雪崩,并使用魔T混合网络抑制尖峰噪声,实现了通信波段1550 nm的单光子探测.在APD工作温度为223 K时,测得暗计数率与探测效率的比值为0.035.

Abstract:It is capable of detecting single photon on telecom wavelength windows around 1300 nm and 1550 nm to apply InGaAs/InP avalanche photodiodes to the Geiger mode.When avalanche photodiodes are operated in the gated mode to quench the avalanche,the single photon detector for 1550 nm is accomplished by using the magic-T junction to reduce the spike noise.When the operating temperature is 223 K,it is measured that the ratio of the dark count probability to the detection efficiency is 0.035.
