| 摘 要： | 报道了激光二极管泵浦的高功率连续单横模绿光激光器。考虑到激光晶体因吸收泵浦光而产生的热透镜效应,我们选择低掺杂浓度Nd:YVO4激光晶体,设计了V字型热不灵敏折叠式驻波谐振腔,利用I类非临界相位匹配LBO非线性晶体,当泵浦功率为23 W时,得到7 W单横模532 nm绿光输出功率,光-光转化效率为33%,长期功率稳定性优于1.6%(自由运转3小时)。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the author design and build a cw high power Nd:YVO_4/LBO green laser of TEM_(00) operation with laser-diode end-pumped geometry.Considering the thermal effect of the laser crystal,a simple three-mirror V-fold structure cavity with a Nd:YVO_4 crystal of 0.3at% Nd~(3 )-doped concentration has been designed.Using I-type noncritical phase-matching(NCPM) temperature tuning of LBO crystal,the output power of 7W of the green laser has been obtained at the pump power of 23W.The optical to optical efficiency is 33%,and the long-term power stability is less than 1.6%(3 hours). |
