| Abstract: | Ordered and partially ordered PbSc0.5Ta0.5O3 ferroelectric single crystals are studied by diffraction, electrophysical, and optical methods. X-ray diffraction and electrophysical methods indicate the presence of a phase transition in the low-temperature range (at T = ?40°C). |
