| 摘 要： | 介绍有了遮拦干涉图像的数字化处理技术的原理与方法，利用移相干涉术的特点，提出了“阀值分割区域法”和“顺序跟踪边缘点”分割区域的方法。这些技术成功地应用到了对有遮拦的面形的测一和有遮拦的系统波像差的测量。

| Abstract: | The principle and method of digitalisation processing technique for interference pattern with obstruct are introduced. The method of dividing region by threshold value and Sequence tracking edge points using the characteristic of phase shift interferometry are discussed. These techniques have been successfully applied to measure the surface and wave aberration of the system with obstruct. |
