| 摘 要： | 本文报道一种用单模光纤制作亚微米周期光栅的全息方法,并详细分析和讨论了影响光栅质量的各种因素。实践证明这一方法完全适于制作面积不小于10×10mm~2适于集成光学元件需要的高质量光栅。

| Abstract: | A holographic method using mono-mode fiber for the production of sub-micron periodic gratings is presented in this paper. The various factors inflenoing quality of the grating have been discussed in detail. All experiments demonstrate that this method is completely suitable to produce the high quality grating square having as large as 10×10 mm2. |
