光纤倏逝波生物传感器及其应用

摘    要:以光纤倏逝波原理,研制成功一台光纤倏逝波生物传感器。该传感器对纯净的Cy5荧光染料溶液的检测灵敏度达0.01μmo1/1;对浓度为0.01μmo1/1的嗜肺军团菌核酸样品的测量信噪比为4.61。所有检测结果与商品化生物芯片扫描仪同时检测得到的结果具有很好的一致性。

Abstract:A fiber-optic evanescent wave biosensor has been developed based on the principle of evanescent wave while light propagates in optical fiber. Sensitivity limit of 0.01 nmol/l is obtained from the detection of Cy5 serial solutions with various concentrations. And an ideal result of signal-to-noise ratio of 4.61 is obtained when the biosensor is used to measure Legionella pneumophila solution of 0.01 μmol/l. All the results are comparable with that obtained by a commercial biochip scanner.
