| Abstract: | This paper reports the transient response of amorphous OdSe and glow-dicharge amorphous Silicon to ultrashort pulses generated by a colliding pulse mode-locked Nd: YAG laser. The Photocurrent relaxation is analysed with the model of extended-state transport controlled by multiple trapping. |
