活体声荧光成像研究

摘    要:声荧光应用于生物组织成像研究是最近二年发展起来的新兴领域,本文报道利用高灵敏度的致冷CCD探测系统获取了活体声荧光图像,同时利用一种能在活体内增强声荧光的化学发光试剂FCLA(Fluoresceinyl Cypridina Luminescent Analog,海荧荧光素类似物),成功地实现了在动物在体成像,这种方法可望在医学影像诊断中得到广泛的实际应用。

Abstract:Imaging biological tissues using sonoluminescence (SL) is a new research field developing in the latest two years. Sonoluminescence image of living body (nude mouse) was obtained by the high quantum efficiency imaging system. Fluoresceinyl Cypridina Luminescent Analog (FCLA), a chemiluminescent analytic agent, is used in vivo for the first time to enhance biological SL. An image of FCLA enhanced SL in vivo was observed too. This technique has potential application in clinics for imaging diagnosis.
