| 摘 要： | 提出一种干涉图计算机分析的新方法，克服传统处理法的限制，能对视场遮拦所引起的带有缺块或被分割的干涉图进行计算机分析与处理。该方法成功地应用于数字波面的实时检测技术中，已在ＳＰＧ－Ⅱ型激光波面干涉仪是得到验证和应用。

Computer Analysis of Interferogram with Obstacles |

| Abstract: | A new algorithm for analyzing interferogram is presented. It overcomes the limitations of the traditional method and can process the broken interferogram resulted from the obstacles in the tested optical system such as RC telescope system. The new method performs well in real-time testing of the wavefront and has been successfully adopted in SPG-Ⅱ digital wavefront interferometer. |
