| 摘 要： | 提出了一种新的三维面形测量合成方法，它可以用于大物体及具有复杂而形物体的多次测量，本文将空间坐标变换理论引入到三维面形测量中，并阐述了基于此物相转换方法及图像合成方法。测量结果表明，本方法可以基本消除传统方法中存在的问题，解决了三维测量中的一个瓶颈问题。

| Abstract: | Many kinds of 3 D profilometry share the drawbacks of not having enough measuring range (especially, when a big object to be tested) and existing shadow problems. A new approach is purposed, which can fit the measurement of big objects and small ones with complicated shape. The theory of spatial coordinate transformation into the 3 D profilometry is presented and the method to transform the phase information into the height of objects and to combine the results from different systems is described. |
