摘    要:针对离轴非球面三反射镜光学系统,采用多视场自准干涉检验,得到表征系统失调的一系列像差值,将之作为校正对象,利用最小二乘优化算法来确定系统的失调量。当失调状态被确定后,在理论上证明了通过单步校正达到理想装调要求是可行的。理论分析和计算机数值模拟结果表明这种指导装调的方法是行之有效的。

Abstract:Assuming the requirements of optical design and the precision of the optical manufacturing are satisfied, the key of high imaging quality in an optical system is to assure the accuracy of alignment after assembling all the mechanical components. In accordance with a three mirror off axis aspherical system, a new way is put forward. Autocollimating interferometric measurement at multi field of view is used to get a set of aberrations representing the system misalignments. The aberrations are regarded as the revised target. A least square computer optimization algorithm is used to predict mirror adjustments. Once the misalignment is determined, it is proved the feasibility of correction theoretically. The theoretical and the numerical analysis are given. The results demonstrate the possibility and effectiveness of this computer aided alignment method.
