| 摘 要： | 分析了Nd^3 :YVO4准三能级激光系统的实现方法，报道了用2W的808nm激光二极管抽运，实现了Nd^3 :YVO4的914nm激光振荡，并通过腔内倍频实现了457nm深蓝激光输出。蓝光最大输出功率为12mW，激光器阈值0 .9W，光－光转换效率为0.6%。

| Abstract: | The oscillation Nd 3+ :YVO 4 quasi three level laser system is analysed. 2 W diode pumped 914 nm laser operation of Nd 3+ :YVO 4 is demonstrated for the first time. Intra cavity frequency doubling 457 nm blue laser is realiszed. The maximum output power of blue laser is 12 mW, threshold is 0.9 W, and opto opto conversion efficiency is 0.6%. |
