摘    要:考虑光学薄膜中界面吸收的影响,提出了模拟界面吸收层模型,并对各种膜系的温度场进行了分析计算,文中对样品激光损伤的光热偏转实时观察结果支持了这一模型。

Abstract:On the basis of full consideration to interface absorption in optical coatings, we worked out a model of simulative interface absorption layer. Calculation and analysis of the temperature field are made for some kinds of multilayers. The real-time results from laser induced damage to samples using photothermal deflection technique support this model.
