摘    要:本文报道了用He-Ne激光在(K_(O.5)Na_(0.5)_2y(Sr_(0.61)B_(0.39)))_(1-y)Nb_2O_6(KNSBN)光折变晶体中实现高反射率自泵浦相位共轭,其共轭光的反射率高达40%.研究了共轭光反射率随入射角度变化的关系以及响应时间与入射光功率密度的关系.

Abstract:Self-pumped phase conjugation has been observed in Ce-doped (K0.5Na0.5) 2y (Sr0.61 Ba0.39)1-yNb2O6 crystal by using He-Ne laser at 632.8nm. The phase conjugate reflectivity as high as 40% was measured. The reflectivity as a function of incident angles and the relation of response time to the incident powers were studied experimentally.
