激光二极管泵浦Nd:YVO4晶体的高效内腔倍频绿光激光器研究

摘    要:对两种Nd:YVO4晶体的内腔倍频特性进行了研究和实验对比,Ⅱ号晶体的倍频效率比I号晶体提高一倍,斜率效率达到31%。此外,用1W国产半导体二极管泵浦一块浓度2%的晶体,其最高输出绿光达108mW,降低输入泵浦功率,单频绿光功率大于10mW。

Abstract:The diode pumped intracavity SHG laser using a new type Nd: YVO 4 crystal is reported. We have compared the output characters of the new type with old type crystal Nd: YVO 4. The optical conversion efficiency of the new one is two times higher than that of the old one. The slope efficiencyis up to 31%. In addition, the output power of green light is up to 108 mW. The single longitudinal mode can be operated by decreasing the pumping power. The output power of single frequency green light is more than 10 mW.
