| Abstract: | The statistic theory of partial polarization speckle field is employed to analyze the centroid fluctuation of irradiance distribution of the spot image. The analytic expression of fundamental uncertainty of the measurement is derived. It is shown that partial polarization projection is advantageous to the improvement of measurement accuracy. |
