| Abstract: | An experimental method for the high resolution investigation of external field effects of Rydberg atoms is proposed. From the preliminary results of Rydberg Cs atoms in various external fields obtained by this method, the potential of the method for the external field effect studies of Rydberg atoms has been demonstrated. |
