| Abstract: | The applied condition, uncountered difficulties and algorithum of the deconvolution technique used for acquiring a high resolution atmospheric Rayleigh Mie spectrum are discussed in detail. It is explained that why original spectrum lineshap can be reconstructed on the relax condition of signal to noise ratio of 20. We also discussed the feasibility and way of a lower spetrum resolution analyser used for a high speccture resolution. |
