摘    要:以在半透明金膜上生长的微晶金刚石薄膜作为空穴传导层,得到了以8-羟基喹啉铝(Alq3)为发光材料的有机薄膜的电致发光,对器件的电流-电压特性,电压-亮度特性进行了测量,并计算了量子效率,结果表明,该器件具有较高的量子效率及较小的工作电流,从能带图出发,对结果进行了分析。

Abstract:A double layer electroluminescent (EL) device is constructed by using a lundnescent layer, 8-hydroxyquinoline aluminum (Alq3 ), and a hole-transport layer,microcrystul diamond film. The EL spectrum, the J-V and B-V characteristics have been measured, and the quantum efficiency has been calculated. It .is showed that the current of the device with diamond film is lower than that of single Alq3 layer device but the quantum efficiency is higher than single layer device. A energy band model has been estublished, and the exprimentul results has been well complained.
