| 摘 要： | 从理论上研究了利用正向模型求解逆问题的迭代算法，特别是其中Ｊａｃｏｂｉ矩阵的有限元解法，引入了图像恢复了领域广泛采用的规则化方法用于处理逆问题中的奇异性问题；作为总结，最后给出了ＦＥＭ法求解光学ＣＴ问题的完整步骤。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the iterative algorithm for the inverse problem solution of optical CT. Using the forward model is studied in detail, with special emphasis on the FEM solution for Jacobian of the forward operator. The regularization method that has been widely used in image restoration is adopted for solving ill-conditionness of the inverse problem. Finally, the complete strategy for the FEM solution to the optical tomography is given as a conclusion. |
