新型可燃性气体报警仪的研制

摘    要:介绍新型可燃性气体报警仪的设计,可用于对丙烷、丁烷、氢气及其他可燃性气体的检测,用于检测可燃气体爆炸性;采用C8051F020单片机,通过2M007型电阻式气敏传感器采集信号,经过放大电路放大,传入单片机,进行模数转换,采用算术平均滤波对数据过滤,再通过一系列的数据处理,显示可燃性气体浓度,通讯方式采用以sim300通讯模块的GPRS通讯的新型可燃性气体报警系统;软件设计采用C语言编程,灵活方便、具有强大的移植性;如空气中可燃性气体浓度超标,开始报警,显示屏上显示出大于阀值的可燃性气体浓度,且通过无线通讯使手机也正常收到了报警短信;该系统功能齐全,操作简便,具有很高的应用价值。

Multi-model Distributed Predictive Control Algorithm Based On AP-PLS

Abstract:Aiming at the shortcomings of the single model modeling and centralized predictive control difficulties in large chemical industry system, this paper proposes a combined multi-model modeling and distributed control strategy of predictive control algorithm. First of all, using correlation analysis (CA) will large complex chemical system is decomposed into several subsystems, and then separately for each subsystem model, set up by using the AP - PLS model as predictive control model. For each subsystem, the multiple model method is adopted to establish the predictive controller are considering the effect of interconnected subsystems. Finally simulation of TE process experiment, the method of this paper compared with multi-model modeling method based on k-means, then made a distributed predictive control of the control error curve, it is concluded that the proposed method is more precise, the control effect is very good also.
