摘    要:无损检测技术是航空装备安全可靠运行的重要保障和技术支撑,是一项典型的具有低投入、高产出特点的工程应用技术。如何延长空军现役飞机主要机种的安全使用期是一项特别重要和具有重大军事、经济和政治意义的工作。针对空军在役飞机无损检测工作的特点,介绍了基于声发射监、检测的综合无损检测技术在空军某三代飞机定、延寿工作中发挥的重要作用。论文还就当前航空无损检测所面临的一些问题和今后发展方向进行了探讨。

Abstract:The main stream of current aviation equipments is to prolong their safety life.The main task of non-destructive testing(NDT) is to safeguard structural integrity of aviation equipments and to prevent them from unexpected failure and breakage.NDT is to accompany the equipments from cradle to grave and is a typical cost-effective technique with lowest investment and highest returns.Achievements of the NDT in air force were described in detail and the significant role played by the integrated NDT centered by AE monitoring during full scale fatigue test of an aircraft representative of a third generation aircraft group was shown in the paper.Some other problems faced by NDT workers in aviation equipments were also given in the paper.
